Federal Way Chorale Winter Concerts

Federal Way Chorale presents :

"The Great Mystery and Wonder of Christmas"

Director Laird Thornton has chosen some great 20th century choral masterworks including "Totus Tuus" by Henryk Górecki and "O Magnum Mysterium" by Morten Lauridsen as well as lighter carols and octavos.  This concert will be sung almost entirely acapella, singing in it's purest form.

THE CHORALE

Since 1993, the Chorale has distinguished itself
under the direction of its Artistic Director and Founder, Mr. Don Barrows. With Mr. Barrows' retirement, the chorale has entered a new phase.
We are excited to have the experience and enthusiasm of our new Artistic Director, Laird Thornton!

Auditions for the Fall-Winter Season
will be held on Saturday, September 6, 2008
at Thomas Jefferson High School.

Rehearsals are held on Mondays
from 7-9 PM in the Choral Room at
Thomas Jefferson High School at
4248 S 288th, Federal Way.
